The Keepers: The Documentary Series You NEED to See!

Wednesday, 4 October 2017

The Keepers is by far the most outstanding documentary series ever to have been made! The seven-part series follows Gemma and Abby trying to find out who killed their school teacher, Sister Catherine Cesnik, a nun, in Baltimore, 1969.

This seven-part-series is far more than just your standard murder mystery, it sees former students of Baltimore's Archbishop Keough High School, where Sister Catherine Cesnik worked, believe that her death was a cover-up after she suspected a Priest at the school, Father Joseph Maskell guilty of sexual abuse.

Across the seven episodes you'll hear from former pupils to survivors, you'll also discover a huge cover up from the Archidiocese of Baltimore themselves. At times you'll feel disgusted, angry, sad and outraged at some of facts and opinions you'll hear. This documentary is truly ground breaking.

It's a cold case that was buried for many years until Gemma Hoskins and Abbie Fitzgerald Schaub, (former students of Sister Cathy's), decided to ask questions. Speaking to people who were involved in official investigations at the time of the nun's death, to her own sister who is still alive and to the victims of Maskell, this documentary series will you have you hooked with tension and anticipation of what's to come. You'll hear how numerous official documents have conveniently gone missing, how the Archdiocese of Baltimore covered this whole tragic event up - and to this day still are!

You'll discover a community of survivors, friends, allies all teaming together to find out the truth. After you've seen the series you'll do what most have and join Gemma's facebook group which was the beginning of her and Abby's investigations, you'll get involved and ask questions, donate, help in any which way you can, because this cause matters. And the TRUTH needs to come out!

The frustration will bubble inside of you as you discover the Archdiocese of Baltimore knew about Maskell's abuse all along and still sent him to schools and churches where young children were. You'll ask yourselves how any man of faith could do such henus crimes, whilst also wondering whether you truly can ever trust a man of faith.

If you love documentaries and would like to find out why everyone is so emotionally involved in this truly remarkable documentary series, then head on over to Netflix to watch all seven episodes now! Hec, just sign up for the 30 day FREE trial, watch all seven, it truly is something that needs to be watched.... and not ignored.

***DON'T CONTINUE READING ON IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN ALL EPS***

Since the series has aired, the Archdiocese of Baltimore has denied claims that they knew of Maskell's sexual abuse before 1992. Obviously, well all know this is utter crap! So we're still waiting for them to admit the truth! If you'd like to be outraged more you can find their 'Keepers FAQs List' here.
